Today, I’m going to introduce 3 things you can do to avoid oversleeping!

I’ve always loved to sleep and I truly think it’s the happiest moment of life lol
In addition to that, I’m a night person for sure so I’m really bad with waking up in the morning!
I can’t remember how many times my mom had to come up to my room to wake me up and sometimes my sleep is just too deep that whether I fall off the bed or someone tries to pour water on me, I JUST DO NOT WAKE UP.
But guess what, I wake up by myself everyday now!
So here are the 3 tips that helps me to wake up(‘ω’)ノ
Sleep Meister (app for pleasant sleep in addition to your usual alarm)
I’m sure there are many of you who use an alarm on your phone!
This is probably what the screen looks like for whoever is not a morning person↓
I understand you set MANY alarms just in case… I feel you…lol
But this isn’t enough!
Especially for me who sometimes just can’t hear anything.
↓Here’s what’s actually helping me to wake up!
↑“Sleep Meister” for pleasant sleep!
↓You set off an alarm like this before you go to bed(^O^)／
It measures how deep your sleep is!
↑This is an example of sleeping at 1:50 with an alarm set at 8:00 and waking up at 7:44.
It tries to wake you up within the 30 minutes before the time you set to wake up whenever your sleep is light!!
This actually works and I definitely feel easier to get up★
It’s hard to believe, but try at least for a week!(^^)!
This app is quite fun because it has other functions such as random alarm sound, snooze function, and recorder for whoever talks in their sleep! lol
Switch-on Timer for TV
If you have a TV in your room, use it wisely!
Set switch-on timer like this↓
(May be about 10 minutes before the time you want to wake up.)
Make sure the volume is a bit higher than usual(‘◇’)ゞ
It’s pretty effective because when the TV switches on, it makes you feel like as if other people are there just like when you are having a sport camp away with your team or having a sleepover with a big group of people.
It’s like you have to get up quickly because everyone else is up getting ready!
Open Your Curtains
Make sure you sleep with your curtains wide open!
You need bright light to wake your body up to start a new day☀
This is the easiest thing to do so do not forget to have your curtains open before you sleep(*‘∀‘)
No more “I overslept”!
Not being able to wake up can be a problem for your social life, but don’t over think it and stress out (*^-^*)
Always go visit a doctor if you ever think it’s serious!
